Carolyn, a founder of The Pedal Cafe, has been invited by the festival to provide a bicycle powered smoothie maker so that visitors of all ages can cycle their way to make their own tasty fruit smoothie!

Biography

The Pedal Cafe has appeared regularly at various locations in and around Cardiff. With a 100% vegan and nut free menu, there is something for everyone. Bringing a welcome break to the market madness, they provide a refreshing insight into green energy and `current` buns!

From it`s modest roots in December 2006 the Pedal Cafe has evolved in to a social occasion that aims to put a smile on your face whilst inviting you to engage in conversation about the energy debate.
